Episode #1. On the Inaugural S.O.A.R podcast episode, Dr. Stephanie interviews one of her oldest friends, Dr. Laquita Blockson. They discuss how she grieved the loss of her job and title when she failed to get tenure, and had to leave academics for awhile. Sisters will definitely be able to overcome and rise by hearing how she was able to separate her identity from her titles and identify skills that were transferable to other jobs.
